Weight Loss on Wednesday: Week 1

  Ok, I know this is not Wednesday, but I just didn't have the time to put this on here yesterday.
  I had began to try to loose weight back in the spring. I was doing pretty good, but during the summer I didn't really try to keep up with it like I had during the spring. I didn't try to keep up with it so I had actually gained about 10 pounds of my weight back that I had lost during the spring. I started back my walking again in the middle of September & have started losing some weight again.
  In September I had gotten back up to 198 pounds. When I got on the scales yesterday I had lost down to 185 pounds. That means I have lost 25 pounds since I started trying to lose weight this year. I'm so excited that I have lost this much weight. I hope I can lose at least 15 more pounds by the end of this year (Of course, more would be even sweeter, but I won't push the issue, he he he.)
  I plan to put my weekly updates about my weight on here on Wednesdays. Thanks to a fellow blogger, I have been motivated again to get back on track.

Becky, your blog post where you had started was what inspired me to get back in to full swing again. I say, "Yes, we can do it!"

Walk on! I'm both impressed and inspired. I've been walking more and more often, too. I like how I sleep better at night when I walk during the day.

Great job, Traci! I also had gotten down to 185 then put back on 15 lbs back to 200 this summer. I am back on track running and hope to lose it as well. Good luck!
