The holidays are almost over so I can slow down and get back to blogging. I miss all of my blogging buddies. You all are the ones who keep me going. It seems like when I am reading blogs regularly we stay better on track with our schoolin. It seems like when I'm not reading all that everyone else is doing we tend to slack. So a big thanks to all my blogging buddies. I'll be reading blogs this week to get me motivated for next week. School has been light around here.
We have done a few math lessons, wrote narrations on things like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, a bit of copy work, and we read a great Christmas book called Gideon's Gift by Karen Kingsbury. Other than these few things we've just been rushing/cooking/getting ready for family events for the holidays.
Oh, we also had my mother-in-law in the hospital in the midst of this. That meant everything had to be put on hold.
I'm looking forward to getting back into our routine. Hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas and that your school year is going great. Bless you all, Traci

As I'm reading your blog, I'm sitting at the table surrounding by books to do my lesson plans for the next six weeks. My dad comes in Feb for a week, so we'll do those six weeks up until he comes.
